How quickly can you start a project?
Once a scope is approved, we typically mobilise within two to four weeks for standard commercial works. Larger remedial or multi-site programmes are scheduled in line with your operational calendar — school holidays, low-occupancy periods, or staged delivery across a portfolio.
Can you work around residents, tenants, or trading hours?
Yes. Most of our work is delivered in occupied environments, including strata buildings, offices, schools, hospitals, and aged care facilities. We plan staging, access, and after-hours work into the scope from day one.
What does the 5-year workmanship warranty cover?
Our 5-year workmanship warranty covers the preparation, application, and finish of every paint and coating system we install. It's transferrable, documented at handover, and honoured by Avello directly.
Do you handle remedial works as well as painting?
Yes. Concrete spalling, crack repair, render restoration, waterproofing, and substrate prep are core in-house capabilities. We do them because they're what makes a paint system actually last.
Can you provide a capability statement and references for tender submissions?
