Avello Group was engaged to deliver interior repainting and exterior timber staining works for a multi-level student accommodation facility. The project was undertaken within a fully operational, occupied building, requiring careful coordination to maintain safety and minimise disruption to residents.

Scope of Works

The project involved a combination of internal repainting and external timber protection works, including:

• Interior repainting of common areas and hallways across 7 levels
• Painting of ceilings, walls, doors and door frames
• Exterior timber staining to the front façade

Access Methodology

Given the need to maintain full building operations, Avello Group implemented a controlled and efficient access strategy:

• Rope Access for external timber staining works
• Staged internal works to minimise disruption in high-traffic areas
• Careful scheduling to maintain safe access for residents
