Kennards Self Storage

The project involved a full exterior refresh of the Main Storage Building across all four facades.

Preparation work included:

• Pressure washing all surfaces to be painted
• Removing blisters, runs, and flaking paint
• Treating rusted metal areas and applying a rust-protective coating

Painting scope covered:

• Two coats of premium exterior low sheen acrylic paint applied to all walls, roller doors, and the veranda
• Restoration and repainting of signwriting.

The result is a clean, durable, and professionally finished exterior that enhances both appearance and protection.
