Project Overview

Avello Group delivered a full exterior repaint of the Ibis Dandenong Hotel. As a busy, operating hotel, the project required careful planning to ensure guest experience and daily hotel operations were not disrupted throughout the works. The team coordinated closely with hotel management to schedule access around occupancy and foot traffic, delivering a refreshed exterior finish that reflects the Ibis brand standard.

Scope of Works

• Full exterior repaint across all elevations of the hotel building
• Surface preparation including removal of flaking or failed paintwork, filling of cracks and imperfections, and sanding of surfaces
• Pressure washing of all exterior surfaces prior to preparation and painting
• Careful scheduling and staging of works to minimise disruption to hotel guests and daily operations
• Coordination with hotel management around entryways, signage and high-visibility areas to maintain a professional presentation throughout the project
• Site set-up and safety planning maintained throughout all works

Outcome

The completed repaint has refreshed the hotel's street presence and brand image, delivered with minimal disruption to guests and ongoing hotel operations which reinforced Avello Group's experience working within live, operational commercial environments.
