Avello was engaged by Mirvac, the building managers of Collins Place, to carry out remedial repairs and repaint the Level 50 ten-story atrium of the Sofitel Hotel. Due to significant water damage, the paint had been flaking off the high-level walls, creating a poor impression for the hotel’s high-profile guests. Our goal was to restore the area to match the hotel’s five-star image, ensuring a welcoming and luxurious environment for visitors.
