Avello Group delivered a full exterior maintenance program for the strata building at 168 Whitehorse Road, Blackburn. Rather than a one-off repaint, the program is structured as a recurring maintenance arrangement, with scheduled site inspections used to identify and address wear, weathering and defects as they arise.
