Avello Group provides a comprehensive project completion package on every job, including: Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS); public liability and professional indemnity insurance certificates; Dulux workmanship warranty documentation; colour schedules with product codes for future reference; product data sheets for all coating systems applied; and a project completion report with photographic documentation. For strata projects, resident communication records are also included. This documentation gives building managers, strata committees and facilities teams everything they need for compliance files, insurance records and future maintenance planning.
